What makes WiredEra earbuds different? WiredEra Chrome Earbuds combine a premium metallic design with reliable wired audio. No charging, no Bluetooth pairing, no signal drops — just plug in and listen. The chrome finish is designed to be seen, not hidden.
What devices are these compatible with? Our USB-C earbuds work with iPhone 15/16, Samsung Galaxy S22-S25, Google Pixel, iPad, MacBook, and any USB-C device. Our 3.5mm version works with older iPhones, laptops, and any device with a standard headphone jack. If you are unsure which version fits your device, contact us before ordering.
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 10-20 business days, depending on your location. All orders include tracking. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. WiredEra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. All orders ship free within the United States.
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use, damage, or tampering. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible.
Can I cancel my order? Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
