SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard shipping to the United States takes 7-14 business days after processing. International orders may take 14-28 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. WiredEra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information via email within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Please allow 2-3 days after receiving your tracking number for carrier updates to appear.

Shipping Cost All orders within the United States ship free. International shipping rates, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages WiredEra is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier first. If unresolved, email us within 7 days at support@wiredera.com and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. WiredEra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipments due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping charges.
